Everyday for almost 10 years I've created a mini blend of tea in my mug each morning using a tea strainer and loose leaf tea, fruit, spices, and herbs that match my mood and goals for the day. I even take a little tea kit with me when I travel! It brings me so much joy to create, blend, and touch my tea ingredients everyday. I knew I was on to something good when friends started to ask me for my advice about tea.
