Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

WHERE DOES THE TEA COME FROM?

Seriously Tea® teas are certified 100% organic, fair trade and in most cases grown in bio-dynamic environs in India, Kenya, and China. Seeds are planted in pure soil at optimal times of the year and bees, water, and nutrient-dense fertilizers nourish the soil to produce happy plants. Premium quality tea leaves are picked and sorted by hand or delicate machines by small farm operations.

WHERE DO THE FRUIT, SPICE, HERB MIXEES COME FROM?

To create our custom blends and blending kits we work with seriously amazing organic distributors to chef-up combinations of delicious fruit, spice, and herbs that you’ll crave daily. We also partner with local farmers market vendors and organic fruit growers.

CAN I RETURN TEA?

Awwweee we can’t imagine you won’t love your tea purchase but if for some reason the tea arrives defective or you received something other than your order we are happy to replace it immediately, please alert us within 14 days from date of confirmed courier delivery. We are all about food-grade safety and because tea is a consumable product we DO NOT issue refunds or accept returns on teas purchased. We want to keep the trust circle going and ensure everyone that we do not contaminate, compromise, or add anything unnatural to our teas or mixees.

CAN I RETURN A GIFT SET?

We can’t imagine your gift set purchase won't be a big hit but if for some reason the set arrives defective, damaged or you received something other than your order please alert us with in 14 days from date of confirmed courier delivery and we are happy to replace and the resolve the issue. We are all about food-grade safety and because gift sets include tea which is a consumable product we DO NOT issue refunds or accept returns on gift set purchases.

CAN I RETURN A TEA ACCESSORY?

Awwweee we can’t imagine you won’t love your tea accessories but if for some reason broken or damaged or aren’t working for you please alert us with in 7 days from date of confirmed courier delivery and we’ll be happy to initiate a return, exchange, or refund for you.
